Are you feeling unbalanced? Are you feeling stuck – unfulfilled with your life or career choices? Are you feeling stressed or overwhelmed? Does feeling anxious sound familiar? Do you need a space you can show up just as you are with no pretense?? When we are stressed, anxious, depressed, or feeling lost, it is a sign that our “whole self” is out of balance. My focus is to provide an authentic, safe, supportive, affirming, non-judgmental and compassionate space for women to share their experiences to help navigate through some challenging transitions [positive or negative] and to create balance. I enjoy working with women who are motivated to make changes to improve their lives and find purpose, and meaningful connections. I see you as the expert in your life with unique strengths and needs. I look forward to helping those seeking my support to effectively reach their identified goals leading to self-awareness, self-care, and the balance they desire and have an abundance mindset.
